About Jennifer.
Jennifer Taylor is a UK-based artist known for her vibrant floral and landscape paintings, inspired by the beauty and movement of nature. Working primarily in oil and mixed media, Jennifer’s expressive works have been exhibited in select galleries and held in private collections internationally. In addition to her gallery experience, she is represented by art licensees – including Art Co and Grateful Licensing in the USA – bringing her designs to a global audience through fine art and commercial products. Jennifer continues to develop her practice from her UK studio, sharing new collections online and seeking further exhibition opportunities.
“My work is a celebration of the vibrant, ever changing beauty found in the natural world around us. Inspired by the shifting seasons and the emotional resonance of colour, I create expressive paintings that invite viewers to pause and reconnect with nature’s quiet wonders. Working primarily in oil and mixed media, I use bold brushwork and layered textures to capture the energy, delicacy, and movement within my paintings. Through my art, I hope to evoke feelings of joy, renewal, and tranquillity – reminding us all to notice the fleeting moments of beauty that surround us every day.”
Jennifer is originally from Wilmslow, Cheshire, and now lives in Northumberland, North East England, with her partner and their beloved cat Bow Tie.
My Studio and the Great Outdoors.
My creative journey begins in my home studio—a bright, inviting space filled with natural light, clean walls, and plenty of room to let ideas flourish. The atmosphere is both open and welcoming, making it the perfect place to bring my visions to life. Yet, my practice doesn’t end at the studio door. Each week, I venture out into the stunning landscapes around Newcastle Upon Tyne and Northumberland, hiking with my sketchbook and camera in hand. The great outdoors is my second studio, offering endless inspiration and the chance to capture nature’s beauty first-hand, both in photographs and in paint.
